Let's Talk About What You're Going Through
I know reaching out can feel like a big step, especially when you're already carrying so much. You don't need to have everything figured out before we start. A lot of people feel uncertain about whether their problems are "serious enough" or worried they won't know what to say. That's completely okay. We'll take it slow, and you'll never feel rushed or judged.

Questions are welcome. If you're not sure whether therapy is right for you, if you want to know more about how I work, or if you just need to talk through what's been going on, I'm here to help.

What to Expect After You Reach Out
When you contact me, here's what happens next:
I personally read all messages and typically respond within one to two business days. We'll schedule a free 15-minute consultation where we can talk about what's bringing you in and see if we're a good fit. There's no pressure, no expectation, and no commitment.
During the consultation, we'll talk about what you've been experiencing, what you're hoping therapy can help with, and whether my approach feels right for you. If it does, we'll schedule your first session. If it doesn't, that's okay too, I can help you think about what might work better.
You don't need to prepare anything for the consultation. Just come as you are, and we'll figure it out together.
Session Fees
Payment is collected at the time of each session. Sessions include the time we spend together, as well as any time I spend between sessions reviewing notes, coordinating care, or preparing for our work together.
Initial consultation:
FREE 15 minutes
Individual therapy sessions:
$150 / for 50 minutes
Insurance Information
Out-of-Network Benefits & Fees
I work with out-of-network clients through Thrizer, a platform designed to make the reimbursement process simple and straightforward.
Here's how it works:
- You pay a reduced, Thrizer-adjusted rate at the time of service
- Thrizer handles the superbill and submits your claim to your insurance on your behalf
- Your insurance reimburses you directly based on your out-of-network benefits
- No paperwork, no chasing down forms -- Thrizer does the heavy lifting
Many insurance plans cover a meaningful portion of out-of-network therapy costs. If you're unsure whether yours does, Thrizer can help you check your benefits before your first session.

What if my insurance doesn't have out-of-network benefits?
No problem. You can still work with me as a private pay client. Many people find that paying out of pocket gives them more flexibility, more privacy, and a therapy relationship that isn't shaped by insurance requirements.
Private pay sessions are $150. Many clients also use FSA or HSA funds to cover session costs -- check with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility.
If you have questions about fees or want to talk through your options, reach out and we'll figure out what works for you.
Payment Options
I accept the following forms of payment:

- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit cards
- HSA/FSA cards
- Electronic payments through the client portal
Payment is processed securely through my encrypted client portal. You'll receive a receipt after each session that you can use for your records or insurance reimbursement.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
Get an Estimate
Request a written Good Faith Estimate from your health care provider at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask any provider for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling.
You Have The Right
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency services, including medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
You Can Dispute
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
